　　Aluminium printing sheet. alloy 8011 is usually used as a bottle capping material. We have thickness of 0.012mm to 0.5mm, and width 100mm to 1600mm. Tempers mainly include H14, H16, H18 and H19. 8011H16 aluminium alloy is an important member of hot rolled aluminum anti-theft cap material, with a thickness tolerance ± 0.005mm, width tolerance ± 1mm, tensile strength 150 ～ 165Mpa and elongation> 2%. There is no obvious roll pattern, obvious black Lines, oil spots, gray traps, scratches or bright stripes on the surface. The ear making rate of our 8011 aluminium printing sheet is controlled within 3%.

We follow a strict quality control process in production. The width and thickness tolerances are implemented according to the requirements of the process card. The surface is smooth without defects such as cracks, bubbles, penetrating pores, metal and non-metal intrusion, bright and dark stripes. During the rolling process, the surface quality is checked at least once every 3 rolls, and the surface quality is checked every roll of the finished pass.
