1, we must strengthen the control of the quality of the aluminum slab ingot.

2, improve the quality of mold repair, mould regularly nitriding and strictly enforce nitriding process;

3. Use soft felt to isolate profiles and assistive devices to minimize contact damage of aluminum profiles and assistive devices.

4, pay attention to light handle in production, try to avoid random drag or flip aluminum profiles.

5. Reasonable placement of aluminum profiles in the frame management to avoid friction with each other. In addition, workers need to wear gloves to avoid perspiration remaining on the surface of embossed aluminum plates. If the time is long, surface corrosion and oxidation may occur. If the surface quality ratio is high, it is recommended to stick the protective film.
